DIGITAL CARD FAQs

Q. What are digital membership cards?
A. Digital cards are a convenient, eco-friendly alternative to traditional plastic cards that must be reprinted and mailed each year. Digital cards can be downloaded to a smartphone’s “wallet” for convenient access.

Q. How do I register for the digital membership cards?
A. You can register on your mobile phones by following the simple how-to videos below.  You can also register on a computer but you will have to add it to your mobile wallet by signing into your Gold Coast Arts account on your smartphone and follow the same steps  outlined on the how-to videos.

Q. When will I receive my digital membership card?
A. Once your membership is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a printable copy of your membership card.  Please refer to the how-to videos below for instructions on how to download the cards onto your smartphones.

Q. Can I get a printed plastic card instead of a digital membership card?
A.  No, we will not be issuing plastic membership cards going forward.

Q. There are two named members on my membership. How can the second member receive a digital card?
A. The confirmation email will be sent to the primary member’s email address with a copy of the printable membership card. A secondary phone may be used to register the digital membership card.  It may require the primary member’s account information to process the mobile wallet request.

Q. Will my digital card update when I renew my membership?
A: Yes, your digital card will automatically update when your membership information changes, so you only need to download your card once!

Q. I downloaded my card, but I can’t find it. What should I do?
A. If you have an iPhone, the card will automatically download to Apple Wallet.  Check the app for your new card by scrolling through any cards that are already downloaded. If you have an Android, you’ll need to download Wallet Passes from the Google Play Store prior to downloading the card.

The Gold Coast Arts Membership Program enables us to continue to provide the programs you have grown to love over the last 25 years including our extensive arts-in-education outreach programs. This allows us to bring art and culture programs to at-risk youth through school tours, preview film screenings, summer camps, and art classes.
