Robotics Camp

Maximum 10 students per level.

Beginner : Ages 7+ (no robotics experience necessary)

In this remote learning camp, students will learn the fundamentals of robotics including the engineering design process, prototyping, and sensor incorporation. Students will learn to program a virtual robot through a series of guided challenges, such as autonomous navigation and object transportation, and will also design their own robots using CAD software.

Intermediate/ Advanced: Ages 7+

In this virtual robotics course, students will learn the physics of robot mechanisms and how to use a decision matrix to evaluate the best possible solution for an engineering problem. They shall design their concepts with CAD software. Students shall also be introduced to programming logic and flowcharts as well as an online robot simulation tool that makes use of Scratch-based programming. Students shall need to pass an evaluation in order to be eligible for this course.
